Our mission is to empower you and improve your overall mobility, strength and endurance. We do this with progressive programming and smart trainers. The signature BBF group class is designed as a 60-minute full body workout you’ll never do on your own. Combining conditioning – high intensity cardio/metabolic training – with strength training, our workouts are rooted in the latest exercise science and are designed to nurture and challenge ALL fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Your Workout. Your Way.

We know that on any given day you may have different goals, which is why we block our workouts in 30-minute increments for flexibility and variety.

Our unique workout model is built to give you options. While our core workouts are 60-minute full body workouts, you have the option to add to your workout with more strength or more conditioning or take an “express” workout with 30-minutes of one or the other. Depending upon your goals on any given day, you can:

  • Get a 60-minute full-body workout (conditioning + strength)
  • Get in a time saving 30-minutes express workout of either conditioning or strength
  • Double up on conditioning for a cardio heavy workout OR spend a 60-minute strength workout
  • Get a 90-minute full-body workout in by looping back into either cardio or strength
  • Students are welcome!

As part of our dedication to your whole health structure, we also offer two great weekend workouts: Conditioning-60 and Training Camp. C-60 is a 60 minute metabolic conditioning workout and TC is an interval-based strength and conditioning workout.

One-on-one (up to three-to-one) training is perfect for individuals looking for a highly personalized experience to address their unique goals and/or fitness challenges. Our award-winning and science-based method ensure that clients get stronger, develop power, gain endurance, improve mobility and increase/improve flexibility. Our highly certified strength & conditioning trainers and yoga instructors look at your fitness history, injuries and short and long term goals to develop a structured plan for your workouts. Affordable private training packages make this a true value-added experience.
